As in the real life event, April Fools Day is held on the first day of April in Animal Crossing. April Fool’s Day Is Returning?

April Fool's Day will be the first event of the month of April. Since the original, April Fool's Day has been included in every mainline Animal Crossing game, with special characters making jokes and pranking players on the day, just like the real-world equivalent. For example, in the original Animal Crossing, bladders would tell you that he'd received a donation of a fossilized alien life form. Phyllis would tell you that Tom Nook is closing his store and moving on, all in an effort to trick you. And Tautimer would reward the player with a super torturment NES game that unlike the real NES games, you can play in Animal Crossing is a dummy console and nothing more than a prank item.

Blanca

On April 1st of each year, a special visitor named Blanca will appear, walking around the player's town in a random location. She is a faceless white cat character in a Jester outfit. Once talked to, she will disappear to one of the villager's houses and impersonate them. The aim is to find out and determine which is the real Villager and which is Blanca. If you guessed correctly, you'd earn the villagers' picture each time. But if you repeated the process and guessed correctly for all villagers, you'd earn Blanca's picture. 

We can assume something similar may happen this year for ACNH April Fool's Day as well, the prank furniture, prank letters and more prank items and even Blanca's appearing.
