How To Move Houses & Buildings In Animal Crossing New Horizons | ACNH Relocate Tips

Don’t like the layout you have chosen to place your home and buildings in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, by making some progress, you can move some infrastructures and rebuild your building layout on your island! In this guide, we tell how to move the buildings in Animal Crossing New Horizons!

1. Having the Resident Services Built

• You must have expanded your home at least once and visit 3 mystery islands so that Tom Nook asks you to install 3 houses on your island to accommodate new neighbors.

• You then have to have unlocked the Nook Shop

• Once the three neighbors are properly installed, the building of Resident Services will be closed for an entire day to be renovated.

• The next day, a Resident Services will be built in place of the Office and during the Island Bulletin, Tom Nook will introduce you to the new employee: Isabella.

2. Talk with Tom Nook

When you finally get the Resident Services, you'll be able to use the features that allow you to make building moves that involve: your Home, the Nook Shop, the Museum, the Able Sisters Shop, Villager’s houses. Moving buildings cost a certain price in Animal Crossing bells, so you will have to pay Tom Nook directly for the move of the building, be careful to have the money on you:

• Your home: 30,000 bells

• Resident's house: 50,000 bells

• Nook Shop: 50,000 bells

• Museum: 50,000 bells

• Able Sisters: 50,000 bells

Once the payment is made, you can place where you want the building you have decided to move. We will have to wait a little day to see the work finish!
