The first POE 3.8 Blight stater build is an automated necromancer build that I love very much. I put it on one of my previous characters in standard League and was able to clear. I believe like tier 14 just without actually working on it, I just put the uniques on it and we're good to go, so you drop your desecrate, step over all your corpses and you just start spawning minions now. Where this gets even more interesting is you run down and you teleport all your minions to and they're gonna keep killing things, but when your minions kill things you're walking over the corpses. So it's permanently automated and will keep you at twenty minions pretty much forever. Obviously this is blood aqueducts so you know take that with a grain of salt, it has cleared very high and it has a bit of mitigation for dealing with bosses as well because you have desecrated, so because of desecrate you can spawn corpses and minions, so you're just pressing convocation to pull your inspectors to you or your phantasms to you which is another reason I like this build so much. Because convocation works with it which allows you to literally pull your minions into position to take out whatever target you'd like.
Shockwave Totem Chieftain Build For POE 3.8 Expansion
> Hardcore viable
> Budget-friendly early on
> Great clear speed while also maintaining respectable single target damage
< Playing a low-life totem build requires good positioning and different playstyle compared to other builds

The second top POE build for 3.8 Blight is Shockwave Totem Chieftain. There are some changes to chieftain recently with the totem stuff, so you could work that in as well. You can potentially make Berserker work with the aspect of carnage but I don't think it's really that worth it. Now shockwave totem is going to sound a little bit weird, it is tower defense, so you have lanes the enemies come down. This build operates around, I believe it's three totems, if you use a soul mantle you can have four. If you play multi totem support you can drop like 7 or 8 of them and so with that you can pretty much cover every Lane depending on how close they are together, and as a result any sort of totem bill is going to shine. Shockwave totem build is a sort of off-the-wall build that I had a lot of fun with this character, I believe 14 or 15 without any struggle at all and it was very tanky as well. So we start down out Marauder get the totem damage, get the jewel and try and get a totem damage jewel and cast speed in there. If you can this gem scales up a lot a lot with cast speed get the extra life there come up yet holy Dominion because I'm playing solo sell found get some AoE get some cast speed and spell damage it scales off spell damage which is a little odd.
POE 3.8 Chin Sol Burning Arrow Ranger Build

> Not expensive to start
< Elemental Reflect can be deadly

It's very highly itemized and fully rigged up, all you need for this character is a chin soul and a signal fire to be able to do very good damage because this character is scaled off of chin souls fire damage and being in close range combined with point-blank to get a ton of damage. This characters is based in like Creek burning arrow type of thing and when I save all burning arrow is just really satisfying. I've highly recommend that if not for just leveling for a little bit slap multiple projectiles on there and just blow up. It's pretty good for leveling because you can just detonate bosses over and over with like three dumps of vault burning arrow, so any form of Deadeye Ranger in this case will do very exceptionally for you. Bows are where Path of Exile should be in general so they kind of realized that and didn't go about changing any of the bow stuff or any of the Ranger stuff and that is a very good thing, because bows are exceptional and they will be very good for point League as well so to showcase the skill tree a little bit it's kind of standard Ranger.
